The Judges and Magistrates Vetting Board is delivering its verdict on whether three Court of Appeal Judges are suitable to continue serving as judicial officers.
They are Justice David Maraga, Lady Justice Martha Koome and Lady Justice Kalpana Rawal.
At the same time, the Board is expected to deliver a ruling on Supreme Court Judge Mohammed Ibrahim, who appealed its earlier decision that he was unfit to hold office.
Court of Appeal Judge Roselyne Nambuye and High Court Judge Jeanne Gacheche who also filed appeals, will also know whether the Board will either uphold or rescind its decision.
