In Summary

  • KPLC admit fuel cost adjustment and other levies in power bills cost more than the actual power consumed.
  • Clear message: Pay now or be disconnected.
  • Managing Director assures consumers current increase is only temporary.

why choke consumers with unrealistic commodity tax and levies? It is unfair and illegal for kplc to increase electricity bill by 100% and lie that the increment is temporary. All forms of taxes that kenya poor pay are way too high.
