If this was not done, names of the suspects, which are contained in an envelope that was given to chief mediator Kofi Annan, should be handed over to the ICC, said the commission.
The Vice-President also dismissed the time limit the Waki Commission gave the Government to start implementing recommendations of the report.
Said Mr Musyoka: “The Waki report is not written on stone. I know President Kibaki can decide to set up a local tribunal any time he wants.”
He had gone to the church to preside over a ground-breaking service and to officiate at a fund-raising function.

Marende should be spending his time urging the MP's to pay tax. He is the leader of a corrupt house. They have raped our economy like they don't care

This is the most lugubriously absurd suggestion i've heard about the Waki report so far. Am sure he either didnt mean it or he is the most ignorant of all our MPs. The police force has been accused of rape, being partisan etc. Mr speaker sir, do you want us to give these people the report?

Mheshimiwa, You are great in your job but take a minute and study the international setup. For you to understand it all, check the people arrested or being searched for in the Balkans. They were presidents with a bigger following than the present kenyan politicians. Does this shouting have anything with future expectations of I supported you!! Or do you genuinely think your statements will make a difference? Kenyans were wailing and dying in January and we cried out to the international community. Let's have the mentioned defend themselves in court.

I don't know what happens to apparently bright and focussed people, when they go to parliament. How can any one living in Kenya suggest the Waki report be handed over to Police, have they forgotten the cover ups in JM, Tom Mboya, Ouko, Atur cases? How about rampant political patronage? come on! lets be serious this time and follow the Waki recommendation to the full
