Rising food prices will provide the theme for today’s celebrations to be held at the Kenyatta International Conference Centre, Nairobi.
The theme is: “Challenges of Rising Food Prices and Agricultural Development in Africa: The Role of Statistics”.
The African Statistics Day was proclaimed in 1990 to enhance public awareness about the role statistics play in a country’s development.
