In Summary

  • The Kenya delegation left for Geneva, Switzerland on June 30 on a mission to convince chief mediator Kofi Annan to give the government more time to form a local tribunal.
  • President Kibaki and PM Odinga favour local solution, but most MPs are opposed to the idea saying that the trial could be manipulated by politicians.

Mr Odinga was named Prime Minister and MPs from his party joined government.

Its over its now with ICC.no one will be protected by anyone here.what remains is for the government to set up a tribunal to try the fomer ECK and his team for mismanagement of office which ended up in violence.instead of kivuitu enjoying his money he is misusuing it to take the parliamenterians dicision to court . yet he was.ambiguous while in office he was amphibological, double-edged, double-faced, dusky, equivocal, murky, nubilous, opaque, sibylline, tenebrous, uncertain, unclear, unexplicit, unintelligible tough talking, wayward, ignorant, even without prosecution kivuitu must be investigated now or never

Who doesn't know that PEV in most parts of the country was because Kibaki stole the elections? The killings in Naivasha and Nakuru as well as starving to death of non kikuyus were planned in state house as revange.

No sleep at night for our leaders from this moment going forward. SERVES THEM RIGHT. the clock is ticking for all of you cold blood murderers. To commemorate the achievement of Mr. Kofi Annan, let us rename one of the streets in Nairobi town after him!
