No holiday for hungry pupils

Since 1980, the government and the World Food Programme have been feeding 1.1 million pupils in primary and early childhood centres.
It has been found that schools that provide children with a meal a day register increased enrolment and stable attendance.

Hunger knows no bounderies therefore as a sign for a good cause/gesture would it be possible for our taxfree Members of Parliament(222members earning equivalent to 800,000) to submit there salaries and allowances of a month in solidarity with the hungry kenyans to whom they have let down.

Good gesture by the government to realise the severe effect of drought on the affected area, however the government should also provide food for the starving parents or else...worst may happen to the kids.
