I live in the US on a Green card Visa. I wish to advise my fellow Kenyans that, life here on Student Visa and moreso without proper immigration papers can be a constant nightmare.

There is nothing wrong with the new regulations, things change from time to time and people should stop crying foul, its called dynamics!for heavenly sake its their country and they have every right to do what they want. The problem are those who dont want to follow rules and regulations cause people will still go to US with these new rules anyway, otherwise go somewhere else if you can't make it to US!

I think the visa rules are not tight enough yet. Most of those Kenyans going to Gigiri to queue for visas at 6.30am in that humiliating slave-sorting cold hall with no drinking water or other facilities should know that is the same treatment they will have on arrival to the US.It is not as rosy as you think.Just stay in our great country.Daima Kenya!!!
