Al-Shabaab release photos of abducted Kenyans

Al Shabaab militia have released photos on the Twitter website claiming to be a District Registrar of Persons and a District Officer who were abducted last week after a raid at the Administration Police camp, Wajir.
The local district registrar of persons, District Officer and two APs were reported missing during the attack that occurred on Wednesday last week.
The militants invaded Gerille town near the Kenya-Somalia border just before 7pm and bombed the Administration Police camp, according to a security source in Wajir.
North Eastern deputy Provincial Commissioner Wenslas Ongayo said the militants attacked the AP line with hand held grenades.
“They raided the centre at about 6.45pm as locals thronged the mosque and other centres for evening prayers while the registration officers were distributing IDs,” said Mr Ongayo.
Last week, media reports quoted the militants warning that they would continue to raid towns inside Kenyan territory and carry out killings and abductions.

Tourism is the 3rd largest economy stabilizer in Kenya. The Somali terrorists came to the Kenyan shore, killed a British tourist, abducted his wife to Somalia. Next,the same terrorists abducted a French sick woman and killed her. After this terrorist attack, The Kenyan Defence Forces invaded Somalia with one purpose in mind: to wipe out these terrorists from the face of the earth! Kenya needs global support in order to defeat these African Somali terrorists.

When the issue of Homeland security was raised, others were quick to dismiss it claiming that some senior government officials are playing politics. Today, north eastern province has become too vulnerable to Al-Shabaab and we forget that north eastern borders coast, Mwingi in Eastern and other parts. The Al-Shabaab will soon extend their territory of operations in Kenya. Kenya soldiers in Somalia should come back home. Ethiopia claimed to have crushed Islamic Courts in Dec 2006 but a few years later they withdrew with shame. Somalis should be forced to own their peace process and form an inclusive government.
