Two suspects were shot dead by police in Riruta Satellite, Nairobi on Friday after they attempted to steal a car in the 3am incident.
Police say four suspects ambushed a man at his residence gate when reporting home. The victim sought police intervention after the suspects were in possession of his vehicle.
And in a swift response, police chased the suspects killing two. Two more suspects are still at large.
Earlier, a supermarket proprietor was shot dead in the same area for raising alarm when customers were being robbed.
Nairobi PPO Moses Ombati confirmed the incidents.
Elsewhere, police on Thursday night arrested four suspects at Kahawa West and recovered an AK-47 rifle and a Toyota Probox car.
