Three injured in fresh Baragoi attacks

Three people on Tuesday morning sustained serious injuries in renewed fighting between the Turkana and Samburu communities over stolen livestock.

According to Kenya Red Cross, the victims who sustained gunshot wounds were rushed to a Baragoi hospital but later referred to Maralal Hospital for specialised hospital.

The fighting is said to have taken place in Kewab in Baragoi when the two communities accosted each other over stolen cattle.
