Germany sets good example on Congo rebels

Well, the UNHCR protects refugees, not some “liberators” spewing hackneyed hate-provoking phraseologies.

Without international operatives in Europe, North America and, it’s worthy of note, gratuitous African leaders, FDLR would find it difficult to access money from smuggled goods and, therefore, acquire arms. Moreover, as long as these operatives exist, they will exploit discontent inside Rwanda, and there is.

Only individual nations can, a la Germany, adequately deal with these operatives. A legal basis and mechanism, the ICC, exists: these people work for an organization whose members commit crimes punishable under international laws. For a start, they’re accessory.
