But Mr Maalim and Mr Nyamweya insisted that the differences between the two principals were worrying and harmful to the country.
“They should not take this country casually because this is impeding the fight on corruption,” Mr Nyamweya said.

He offered to explain that ODM and PNU had difference backgrounds and manifestos and merging their goals has been daunting task.

The PM said the action he took on Mr Ruto and Prof Ongeri was determined by a comprehensive investigative report while the report implicating Mr Mudavadi was “immature”.

He went further to claim the report had been leaked to the media before it reached him, further alleging ulterior motives behind its release.

Dr Khalwale, however, accused the PM of or remaining casual in his responses to the House.
