Varsity to open health campus near border

Moi University is set to open a constituent college of Health and Biological Sciences at Alupe in Teso District.

Prof  K. ole Karei said the campus would have nursing and pharmacy faculties.

The campus will be built on 600 acres. Prof Richard Mibei, who represented the vice- chancellor, said other faculties like  social science and humanity would be set up later.

Amagoro MP Sospeter Ojaamong urged students in the area to enrol with the college.
