Ojaamong discharged from medical centre

Labour assistant minister Sospeter Ojaamong has been discharged from a hospital in Bungoma.

Mr Ojaamong was admitted to St Daminiano Medical Centre in Bungoma after he collapsed on Good Friday at Mwari Primary School during inspection of development projects in Teso North District.

He was discharged the same day at 9pm.

The official in charge of the hospital, Sister Celestine Kalunge, said laboratory tests showed the Amagoro legislator had been suffering from malaria.
