Water rationing is expected to continue despite levels at Ndakaini Dam being at an all- time high.
Nairobi Water Company spokesman Mbaruku Vyakweli, however, said the city would receive more water supplies.
The water rationing will continue as the water levels in the dam are still not enough to sustain normal water supply in the city, Mr Vyakweli said.
The larger part of Nairobi, which uses 525,000 cubic metres a day, receives water from Ndakaini Dam while the rest gets from Sasumua Dam.
