It is therefore, important to conduct a legal audit of your business every so often and my recommendation would be yearly.

A lot of regulatory changes have happened in Kenya in almost every sphere of life whether it is politically, economically or socially. Your business will definitely be impacted in some way by these changes no matter which line you are in. 

Taking my line of business for example, that is, the legal profession; a recent court ruling lifted the ban on advertisement of legal services which means that lawyers can now advertise themselves. These regulatory changes happen every day and they can be quite a challenge for businesses to keep up with. Read more
