Post Bank ramps up partnerships to shore up revenue

  • The new partnership will provide all Chase Bank customers access to Post Bank’s expansive network of 102 branches across the country in offering banking services.

Chase Bank customers will now be able to get banking services at all Postbank branches in Kenya following a partnership arrangement between the two lenders on Wednesday.

Through the partnership, Chase Bank customers will be able to make cash deposits and withdrawals, obtain mini statements, make balance inquiries as well as utility payments in all the 102 Post Bank branches.

Postbank, which is fully government-owned currently has similar partnerships with 9 other banks to capitalise on its branches are grow revenues.

The new partnership will provide all Chase Bank customers access to Post Bank’s expansive network of 102 branches across the country in offering banking services.

“The partnership will provide easy and convenient access to unlimited agent banking services to Chase Bank’s customers and thereby, boost our presence countrywide,” said Chase Bank Assistant General Manager Partnerships Eunice Kameri.
