Armed herders kill 15-year-old boy, injure another in Samburu

A 15-year-old boy died and another seriously injured after armed herders shot at them at Natiti area in Baragoi, Samburu North Sub county Friday evening.
The boy succumbed to injuries while being taken to Samburu County Referral Hospital in Maralal town.
Samburu County Police Commandant, Mr Patrick Wambani said the survivor is admitted to the hospital where he is recuperating.
He said it is yet to be established if any livestock were stolen but police officers have been sent to the area to pursue the attackers.
