Four feared dead in Homa Bay road crash

Four people were feared dead following a road accident at Karabondi market on Katito-Kendu Bay road in Homa Bay County.
The accident, which occurred at around 11am Friday, involved two passenger vehicles on opposite directions, one headed to Homa Bay and the other to Kisumu Town.
It involved a head-on collision between the two vehicles, which were said to be overloaded.
Several other people were seriously injured and are receiving treatment at various hospitals among them Miriu dispensary, Kendu bay sub-district and Gendia Adventist Hospitals.
