Governor Isaac Ruto hit me at hotel meeting, MCA claims

Embosom Member of the County Assembly (MCA) Robert Serbai alleged that the governor punched him several times and pulled his ear on Sunday night.
Mr Serbai was allegedly hit for protesting against the Sh265 million given to the assembly in the budget.
Mr Ruto dismissed the claims.
βHe gatecrashed my meeting and caused (a) disturbance.
My security escorted him out. No one assaulted him,β he said.
Mr Serbai said he was invited by colleagues to a hotel when a disagreement erupted.
