LET'S MEET IN COURT

When contacted, the MP responded via short text message and dared Mr Mwangi to meet him in court if he has any evidence.

The complainant, a veterinary officer, claims that on January 18, around 8pm, the MP’s bodyguard shot at him while riding home.

“He lost control of the bike and fell. Together with your bodyguard you physically assaulted him,” Odhiambo Oronga and Company advocates said in a letter to the MP and his bodyguard Eliud Chege.

The lawyers said their client suffered serious injuries and incurred huge medical bills.
