A Marsabit MCA was on Thursday charged with trespass to a private land with intent to annoy.
Nominated MCA Mr Halakhe Diida Halakhe and Mr Abdi Omar Karumbe appeared before Marsabit Principal Magistrate Boaz Ombewa.
The court heard that on June 24, the two jointly entered the compound of Kule Ganna in Dakabarischa area without permission.
The two denied the charge and were released on a free bond.
