A mechanic in Manyatta estate, Kisumu County is being sought by police following the death of his wife whose body was found in their bedroom.
The 35-year-old man is a suspect after he went missing hours before his wife was found dead.
The body of the 26 -year-old woman was discovered by their son at 1pm on Thursday.
Neighbours told Nation that the man and his had fought the previous night.
Ms Maureen Otieno, a neighbour, said she saw the woman Thursday morning and that her husband was indoors.
“The man was just indoors and the wife was busy doing the daily chores,” Ms Otieno said.
She said she later learnt that the woman had been killed and the man was missing.
