Court reinstates sacked Kisumu Speaker Ann Adul

The Court of Appeal on Wednesday reinstated impeached Kisumu Assembly Speaker Ann Adul, saying her removal was unconstitutional.
Also back are suspended clerk Nelco Sagwe and his assistant, Mr Peter Anditi.
“The assembly flagrantly disregarded every rule in the book in its proceedings to send home Ms Adul and to disband the assembly service board,” ruled Kisumu Court of Appeal Presiding Judge David Maraga.
The three were sacked on October 21, last year.
