On Thursday, Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort general manager Raj Jadhav was delighted by the news. He attributed the triumph to quality service by staff and world-class treatment of guests by the establishment.

“I thank the guests who voted for our spa in the World Luxury Spa Awards for recognising the services we deliver to tourists,” said Mr Jadhav.

Tulia Spa, overlooking the Indian Ocean, offers Ayurvedic, Western and Oriental treatments for rejuvenation of the body and mind.

Mr Jadhav said the spa has outdoor jacuzzi, reflexology pool, steam and sauna, massage bandas and Ayurvedic massage rooms.

The spa menu also includes treatments such as foot reflexology, body scrubs with kahawa made from finely ground Kenyan coffee and the popular Tulia massage.

Enashipai Resort General Manager Andrew Muir was excited, attributing the award to quality treatment of guests by hardworking staff.
