Senior Mombasa police officers moved in reshuffle

  • Christopher Akello Odhiambo has been moved to Mombasa Regional Headquarters as the Deputy County Commander.
  • Mr Jonathan Muli has been promoted from Deputy OCPD Taita Taveta County to OCPD in Mathira East.

Senior police officers in Mombasa County have been transferred in a reshuffle by the National Police Service Commission.

Mr Geoffrey Mayiek, who was Mombasa Urban OCPD has been moved to Nakuru as the Rift Valley Deputy Regional Coordinator. He served in Mombasa for one and a half years as the OCPD.

The new Mombasa OCPD is Martin Otieno Asin who has been moved from Nairobi’s Central Police Station where he served as Deputy OCPD.

Mr Francis Bundi, the officer in charge of Central Police Station, has been transferred to Makuyu Police Station in Murang'a County in the same capacity.
