Muita to head operations at Nairobi adhesive labels firm

Former Coca-Cola East Africa Supply Chain Manager Samuel Muita, who handled 20 bottling plants in six markets, has been appointed as the Head of Operations at Skanem Interlabels Nairobi.

Mr Muita, who will be based in Nairobi, is tasked with driving business for Skanem, especially across East Africa, which has been identified as the new frontier for growth.

Other markets which he has previously handled include Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Eritrea and Mozambique.

Mr Muita has worked for over 14 years in various companies including Unilever and Coca-Cola.

The announcement of his appointment was made by the managing director of Skanem Interlabels Nairobi, Mr Sachen Gudka, through a press release.

Skanem Interlabels Nairobi, which is a subsidiary of Skanem, is a global leading producer of self-adhesive labels with 13 production sites across nine countries in Europe, Asia and Africa.
