French man in court for urinating on woman

A French man has been charged with urinating on a woman in Nakuru County.
Francois Louis Raymond, 64, however denied the three counts that also included malicious damage to property and indecent exposure.
He is said to have committed the offence in Gilgil on June 19 last year.
Naivasha Resident Magistrate Esther Kimilu heard that the suspect refused to pave way for Ms Loise Wambui who was driving to Oasis Lodge in the company of a friend.
SCRATCHED HER CAR
An infuriated Raymond, who was driving in the opposite direction, alighted from his car and started hurling insults at Ms Wambui, the prosecution said.
She pleaded with him to stop and that is when he urinated on her, the court was told.
Raymond is also alleged to have scratched Ms Wambui’s vehicle, valued at Sh2.9million, with a stone.
Ms Wambui reported the matter at Gilgil Police Station and the accused was arrested. The case will be heard on March 27.
