Following the sackings, Governor Ragwa has reshuffled his executive.

In a press statement, Mr Ragwa said the reshuffle is aimed at improving service delivery in the county.

“The changes takes effect immediately in order to improve service delivery by my government,” said Mr Ragwa.

The reshuffle has also affected the departments of Health and Agriculture where chief officers, Mr Walter Mugambi and Ms Lucy Karimi, have been swapped.

In a past meeting in Chogoria, Mr Ragwa warned that no county employee will be allowed to campaign during offices hours.

“I will not allow any county employee to indulge in politics during office hours,” he said.
