Mobile service provider Safaricom has opened its first retail shop for its VIP customers.

The new Platinum Shop located at Sarit Centre is a state of the art designed outlet for its top spending subscribers on both corporate and individual mobile accounts.

It is more spacious, loaded with the latest tech conveniences and tastefully furnished to allow Safaricom’s VIP customers to get personalised services in an environment that matches their lifestyle. The shop is only accessed using the platinum club card.

Platinum club members are assigned a relationship manager and can book appointments to drop in at the shop at their convenience.

They also enjoy a preview of smart devices before they are launched and can pre-order to own them as soon as they are available in the market.

Other advantages the platinum club members enjoy are a dedicated customer care number 242.

Membership to the platinum club is exclusive and is by invitation only. It is open to subscribers who consistently spend at least Sh15,000 per month.
