Tanzanian singing star Diamond Platnumz has dumped his girlfriend actress Wema Sepetu for Ugandan born, South Africa-based socialite Zari Hassan.
The two have been getting cosy in the recent past, both in Tanzania, where Zari has visited several times and in South Africa.
Last weekend during the Channel O Awards in Johannesburg, South Africa, Zari joined Diamond who was accompanied by his mother.
They were later seen together during the after-party and stayed together the entire time the Bongo star was there.
Diamond has also confirmed that she will be gracing Zari’s “All White Party” in Kampala, Uganda, on December 18.
Although Diamond insinuates that they are just doing business together, his close associates, who spoke to Showbuzz, but requested anonymity, say that their relationship is romantic.
