The themed album features collaborations with artistes like Juacali, MOG, Ala C, Mariko Mkimbizi from the group Wakimbizi, Richie Longomba and Jedidah, a US-based musician. The album is meant to create awareness on children and families affected by autism — like Karay Blue’s daughter who was diagnosed with the condition.

“Writings allow you to express your thoughts, feelings and emotions in a way that you can look and experience therapy. It is commonly referred to as author therapy and that is why people write songs, biographies and autobiographies. Working on my music right now is the most therapeutic thing I have done lately,” said Karay Blue in an official statement.
