Gospel singer and politician Ringtone seems to be doing well after he officially moved into his new home in Karen, Nairobi.
The Jubilation hitmaker. who told Showbuzz that he has been building the house slowly, has already moved in and is planning an official housewarming.
“The house is not 100 per cent finished,” he said. “I’m still grooming the compound, putting finishing touches before having an official opening party.”
He said that it is time for Kenyan artistes to invest in property to avoid paying rent all their lives.
“Music has its ups and downs, so we all should be prepared when we are not doing well as far as revenue is concerned.”
Ringtone joins the list of Kenyan celebrities who are home owners, which includes Jua Cali, Nyota Ndogo, Jaguar and Clemmo.
