Model and reality star Kendall Jenner is suing skincare brand Cutera for $10 million (about Sh1 billion) for using her image to advertise their services without permission. Kendal has also filed a temporary restraining order against the company.

Apparently, the company went as far as using her struggle with acne, which they say “completely ruined” her self esteem.

According to People the lawsuit says: “Cutera’s use of Kendall Jenner’s name and likeness is not, and never has been, authorised. Cutera has never sought Ms Jenner’s permission to use her as a ‘face’ for its products and services, and Ms Jenner has never

given such permission.”
