Gospel group BMF insist that unlike MOG, they have not broken up. The group, comprising of Maich, Harry Ash, Freddie and Sammy D, however, admit they almost broke up when Maich went to the US and stayed for over a year.

“When I went to the US for leadership training, it was a very challenging time for my fellow group mates since it was not clear when I was coming back home,” said Maich in a radio interview on Friday morning.

At the same time, Sammy D was concentrating all his energy on directing music videos as Harry went into business. “But when I came back, they accepted me back to the group and we are about to release our new album,” said Maich.

BMF has had some success in the gospel circles but they then went silent and many of their fans thought they had broken up or given up on music all together.

They are known for songs like 'I live for you' and 'Bad mind'.
