French bath can also be luxurious
What you need to know:
- Mix the shower gel with the water in the basin and sprinkle with the flower petals. Wash your face using your hands.
- Wring the washcloth in the water and use it to wipe down your entire body starting from the neck and working downwards. Keep wringing the cloth with water until you have cleaned yourself thoroughly.
THERE ARE several reasons why you may not always be in a position to take a shower. Sometimes, you could be short of time, or it may be one of those cold days when the thought of splashing yourself all over with water sends a chill down your spine.
Water shortages occur all the time especially in water scarce areas. While some may take plenty of running water from taps for granted, others treat it as a luxury.
If the above reasons concern you, you can still enjoy a spa-like feeling whenever you clean yourself. This is possible with just one litre of water. Also known as a French bath, it leaves you feeling dainty and as cool as a cucumber in a matter of minutes.
