Homemade foot soak for healthy feet

Foot soak recipe:

1/2- cup salt

1/2-cup bicarbonate of soda

1/8-spoon blue food colour

5 drops perfume essence(optional).

1 dollop shower gel

How to use: Combine all the ingredients except the shower gel. 

In a basin, pour enough warm water to cover feet. Add the shower gel and the mixed ingredients and stir well. Soak your feet in this mixture for twenty minutes.

Wipe your feet and massage with body lotion. This treatment should be done on a weekly basis, or whenever your feet need pampering.
