FRUITY FACE MASK

Mix the following fruits to create a tropical fruit mask: 1 spoon avocado, 1/2- a banana half a mango, 2 scoops paw paw, and 1/2- a spoonful of lemon juice. Mix well and apply to a cleansed face and neck, taking care to avoid the delicate eye area.

Allow to dry for 30 minutes and rinse with tepid water. This mask will leave your skin refreshed and bright.

BUBBLE BATH

Create a fabulous movie style bubble bath for yourself this Valentines. Run a bath and add a dollop of your favourite bath gel to the water as it runs. Choose a fragrance that reminds you of a beautiful tropical sea.

Add a few drops of aquamarine food colour to the bath water to create an azure sea. Slip into the water and relax in it for 45 minutes. This bath will ease muscle aches and pains.

USE FRANGRANCES:

Make your surroundings especially your bedroom smell delicious. First, rub some essential oil onto your light bulbs. As you switch them on, the heat will cause the essence to diffuse around the room. You can also use of scented candles.

Smell good:

This can be achieved by layering your fragrance. Begin by showering with a particular scent, for example vanilla. After this, apply a vanilla perfumed body lotion, talcum, body spray and cologne.
