Diamond cuts short tour amid brother's rape allegations

According to Diamond’s manager Sallam Sharaff, the lady, Deborah was not raped as claimed. She had had a fling with Rommy Jones for a long time.
“The lady Deborah was trying to making money from us," said Mr Sharaff.
Tanzania’s sensational star Diamond Platinumz had a successful “From Tandale to the World Tour” in Europe just recently.
The star, alongside his wife Zari Hassan and child, traversed more than seven European countries performing live shows.
In Sweden, however, Diamond had to cut short his tour after his brother Rommy Jones was accused of raping a Swedish lady identified only as Deborah.
Jones , who is also Diamond’s DJ and the Wasafi Classic Baby vice president, was arrested by Swedish police but denied the charges saying the woman was trying to solicit money from them.

‘TRYING TO MAKE MONEY’
According to Diamond’s manager Sallam Sharaff, the lady, Deborah was not raped as claimed. She had had a fling with Rommy Jones for a long time.
“The lady Deborah was trying to making money from us," said Mr Sharaff.
He explained that in Sweden, when you sleep with a woman without her consent and she files a case, one is charged with rape and is slapped with a fine of $12,000.
"Deborah wanted to create a scenario to show that she was raped, so that she could be paid that amount of money," said Mr Sharaff.
They have known each other for several years now to a point that we started treating her as our in-law, explained Sharaff.
