Upcoming artiste Kas B dreams big

Jonathan Kasembi Katiwa alias Kas B, has one single to his name and may be written off as a rookie in the music industry.

However, pundits in the industry reckon he is one to watch as they liken his voice and talent to that Tanzania's Diamond Platinumz.

His first single, Zungusha, released two years ago has been well received by fans who appreciate his bongo flava style.

It has been enjoying a lot of airplay on local radio stations and is selling well too.

“I’m still marketing it and its video is expected to be ready by mid October,” he says.

He has been been touring to promote his music and during these outings he has been lucky to perform alongside established local artists.

“I’ve been fortunate enough to perform beside the likes of Juacali, Hussein Machozi and Kenzo just but to name a few".

The Kitui- born artist, who started singing at the age of four, has not had been involved in a collaboration but he hopes to work with other stars within East African region.

He is Currently working on his two singles ‘Nitajuaje’ and ‘Angeniambia’, songs expected to be ready by the end of this year.
