What you need to know:

  • "Music will continue to be played no matter who you do the collabo with. We can work with Diamond, or any other artiste that is willing to work with us.”

After dropping “Unconditional Bae”, a jam in which they featured Diamond's nemesis Ali Kiba, Sauti Sol have now said they are ready to do a collabo with the former.

Speaking to Tanzanian radio station Kings FM, Sauti Sol band member Savara Mudigi was asked if the group chose to do a collabo with Ali Kiba because they felt his style of music is better than Diamond's, but he quickly brushed off the claim.

“The issues between Ali Kiba and Diamond are unique to Tanzania. I am simply an artiste, and it was just a matter of who came to me first.

"Music will continue to be played no matter who you do the collabo with. We can work with Diamond, or any other artiste that is willing to work with us.”
