TPF judge Juliana's son laid to rest

Uganda’s finest R‘n’B song bird Juliana Kanyomozi’s only child, Keron Raphael Kabugo has Friday, been laid to rest at the father’s ancestral home in Kiryagonja, two kilometres off Matugga town centre.

Before burial, a funeral service was held at Kampala's All Saints Cathedral.

The requiem mass had been organised for the singer’s fans, family, friends, Keron’s friends and the general public.

“We shall have speeches from the family, government officials, fellow musicians and other dignitaries. Immediately after the service, we will proceed to Kiryagonja where Keron will be laid to rest,” Balam Barugahare, a renowned concerts organiser.

Keron, 11, was a Primary Six pupil at Aga Khan Primary School who was left with just one year to join Cambridge.

He breathed his last on Sunday morning at the Agha Khan Hospital in Nairobi where he was battling asthma.
