Restaurant accidentally broadcasts porn

A chain of McDonald's has come under fire for accidentally showing porn on a TV screen in their restaurant.

Steffen Reiniger was enjoying a McDonald's burger with his pals in Zuchwil, Switzerland, when the German sports channel Sport 1 began playing a series of x-rated episodes from the Sexy Sports Clips Programme on the restaurant's TV screen, the Daily Star newspaper reports.

He said: "We were only a group of men so it didn't bother us, although what would have happened if there was a family in the restaurant at that time I don't know."

The explicit footage was finally turned off when an employee noticed and changed the channel back to Eurosport.

A spokeswoman for the restaurant chain, Algae Strachwitz, said: "If our employees didn't immediately realise what was going on it's because they were concentrating on our customers and their work."
