A court has issued a warrant of arrest issued against Homa Bay MP Peter Opondo Kaluma for failing to appear in court Thursday for mention of a criminal case against him.
The order was delivered by magistrate Daniel Ochenja at Milimani Court in Nairobi
He set May 19 as the new date for mention of the case.
