Police bust fuel adulteration cartel in Makueni

Police have busted a fuel adulteration ring in Malili, Makueni County and arrested 11 suspects.
The officer from Special Crimes Prevention Unit also impounded over 10,000 litres of fuel during the 1am raid.
“Recoveries include 6,000 litres of diesel, 4, 000 litres of fuel oil, six generators, 14 empty drums and a tuk tuk,” Head of SCPU Noah Katumo told the Nation on Friday.
