Law firms earn global recognition

Several Kenyan law firms and lawyers have been recognised for their performance in a global legal ranking publication.

The firms, including Anjarwalla and Khanna, Coulson Harney Advocates, Iseme, Kamau and Maema Advocates, Kaplan and Stratton among others received recommendation in the Legal 500 publication in its 2015 ranking.

For the last 27 years, Legal 500 has analysed and ranked the capabilities of law firms across the world.

The publication said IKM Advocates was “outstanding and excellent” for its work in the dispute and resolution practice.

Anjarwalla and Khanna, Coulson Harney Advocates, IKM Advocates and Kaplan and Stratton were praised for their work in bank and financing in the top tier firms category

Other Lawyers who received recognition include Mr Karim Anjarwalla, Mr Oliver Fowler, Mr Richard Harney and Mr Michael Kontos.
