Bomet MCA dies in evening road crash in Narok

A member of the county assembly (MCA) of Bomet died on the spot on Sunday evening in a road crash.
Nyangores MCA Ceciliah Towet's driver, however, suffered serious injuries and was rushed to Narok Referral Hospital in critical condition.
The head-on collision happened at Eor-ekule on the Narok–Mai Mahiu road.
Area police boss Abdi Galgalo confirmed the 8pm incident that involved the MCA's car, a Toyota Probox, and a lorry.
She was travelling from Naivasha towards Narok when the crash happened.
No one in the lorry was injured.
