ODM supporters in Nyanza have prepared what they call a “grand reception” for the late Senator Otieno Kajwang whose body arrives in Kisumu Thursday.
More than 20 buses have been hired to ferry mourners to Mr Kajwang’s Waondo village home in Homa Bay for burial on Friday.
Kisumu ODM chairman Dave Okwach Wednesday said that public viewing will begin at 7.30am at the Jomo Kenyatta sports ground, for two and half hours.

He said the grand ceremony is in line with the arrangement by the party leaders to accord Mr Kajwang a fitting burial.
