Pastor found dead in woman's house

A pastor was on Tuesday evening found dead at a woman’s house in Buruburu.
Police say that the Reverend, who administers at Redeemed Gospel Church at Buruburu phase 1, had gone to the woman’s house at around 11am and stayed there for the rest of the day.
Buruburu OCPD Richard Kerich said that the pastor drove to Buruburu and parked his car at the Tuskys Supermarket’s parking lot. He was found lying dead on bed and Mr Kerich said that they were questioning the woman to establish what actually transpired.
The taxi operators told police that the woman called for a taxi but the driver did not take him to the hospital as he was already dead.
The body, which was on the bed with no physical injuries, was photographed and later transferred to the City Mortuary for post mortem.
Last week, a pastor with Kenya Assemblies of God Church in Embu was attacked after he was caught in a hotel in Karatina with a married woman.
The woman’s husband, a mechanic, said that they had earlier visited the pastor for counseling due to the matrimonial issues they experienced. The pastor later apologized to his family and church members.
