Raila faults Uhuru for presenting graft list to Parliament

Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga Monday said President Uhuru and EACC erred by presenting graft suspects list to Parliament instead of the Director of Public Prosecution's office and leaving out IEBC officials.

Mr Odinga said the President breached the Constitution, adding that the war on corruption has been cheapened and turned into musical chairs.

“All who have been asked to resign shall troop back into their seats to makeup for the lost time,” said Mr Odinga.

Uhuru should deal with historical injustices and implement the TJRC report, he added. Mr Odinga asked why the IEBC officials were left out of the list.

He spoke at Eka Hotel on Mombasa road after arriving from his China/Germany trip.
